At Rutété Eco Lodge, we understand that travel plans may change. The following policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival
For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, guests are eligible for a refund of the total booking amount, minus a 10% administrative fee calculated on the total booking price.
The administrative fee covers transaction costs, processing fees, and reservation management expenses.
2. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival
For cancellations made within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the total booking amount is non-refundable.
Due to the limited capacity of the lodge and the nature of advance planning required, it may not be possible to reallocate the accommodation on short notice.
3. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior written cancellation), the total booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing period depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
